1. All items in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Apparel items must have original tags attached, be unworn, and unwashed. We will not offer a return/exchange for items our staff determines to not be in new condition.*
2. We will offer a return/exchange within 7 days of purchase if our staff determines the item has a manufacturers defect. Please make sure you check purchased items and let us know as soon as possible if you notice a defect.*
3. We will offer store credit or an exchange up to 30 days for apparel items in new condition. Apparel items must have original tags attached, be unworn, and unwashed. We will not offer a credit or exchange for items our staff determines to not be in new condition.*
4. Order cancellations can not be guaranteed and once the item is shipped we can not cancel any orders. To cancel an order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to cancel it from processing.
All returns will be made in the original form of payment. We are only able to return back to the original card used due to liability and fraud protection for our customers. Cash returns may need to be returned in the form of a check as we do not have much cash on hand for the safety of our staff.
Shipping charges can not be reimbursed. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges for any returned products that need to be shipped back to us (local customers can also return in store).*
